Today,nak share resepi sket ngan u all.Actually,resepi ni from my late mum.When we were kids we love to eat this.But now my mum dah lame xde so whenever i miss her i akan masak ape yg my mum selalu masakkan untuk anak die dulu.Only God knows how i miss her very much......
ok...here u are...

Croquette Mee

Bahan2
Bawang putih(ditumbuk halus)
Bawang merah(ditumbuk halus)
Mee maggi(yg kosong xde flavour)
Ayam(direbus n isi dicarik2,stock ayam tu simpan)
Lada merah
Susu cair
Daun sup(ikut suke)
Telur
Breadcrumb

Cara-cara:
1)Tumis bawang merah n bawang putih mcm biase sampai naik bau.
2)Masukkan stock ayam,bile dah mendidih bole masukkan susu cair,isi ayam,lada merah,daun sup mee maggi.
3)Biarkan masak n sampai kering
4)Bile mee tu dah kering,masukkan kuning telur n gaul rata2
5)Bile dah sejuk sket,bole di bentukkan croquette tersebut mengikut kesukaan masing2.
6)Sblm goreng,salutkan dulu croquette tu dgn putih telur/campuran putih n kuning pn bole dan juga breadcrumb.
7)Sedap sekali kalu dimakan bersame sos/mayonis...

PopiaOya is now open for catering purchases!

Hi all,
Have I got a good news for all of you. PopiaOya has gone into catering business, but only for Popiahs la for the time being. We are in the midst of getting a few contacts and possibly contracts to have PopiaOya range of spring rolls served at birthday parties, reunion events, even jamuan2, as long as the amount is more than 200 pcs, baru la boleh panggil catering rite?
As for now, we have 2 birthday party orders coming up, 300 pcs of mixed type popiahs on each event, and more confirmed very soon.
I'm glad PopiOya has started to make inroads in the Frozen Foods business.

What I would want to emulate is to have PopiaOya as a calling card as what Willy Amos did with Famous Amos cookies. Hope it will be a reality.

as usual.. rolling Spring Rolls,Spring Rolls n Spring Rolls....hehhehehe

This week,1'm busy preparing spring rolls and doing all the delivery to the designated destination ...especially the Seafood Cheese.But,glad to know that my Spring Rolls now is accepted and started to be famous and well known....:)

Just to share with you guys what happened last week.Yesterday and last week went to Plaza Pantai(ex office)for delivery of PopiaOya.Banyak betul popia-popia ku telah dihantar ke sane.Thank you guys for supporting me....
For your information also,my friend from Pontian has ordered the premium popia and brought it back there.That's great right......

All our popiahs are done in a hygienic area and can last 6 months in the refridgerator. See this cheezy bit of a spring roll? Well, here you are, the first product from our own hands, The Cheezy PopiaOya. Mind you, this is not supposed to arrive to you in this shape, but in frozen form. All you need to do is just pop it out from the fridge, heat some oil and pop it in the frying pan, and in a short bit, get a cheezy weezy chunk into ur salivating mouths

This premium product is made from choice ingredients, we dun pull any strings with it just to get extra profit, and I assure u that it is worth their worth. All painstakingly done in a hygienic environment, assuring that the Cheezy PopiaOya can last at least 6 months, but I'm very sure U will be tempted to finish it up as soon as u got home :)

As for the new packaging, each pack is sold at RM 10 per packet of 20pcs, 20 big chunky pieces of gooey and cheesy spring rolls.
